Jamaica, known for its beautiful beaches, amazing food, rich culture and music, is home to approximately 2.9 million people. Jamaica is a third world country with agriculture being one of the countries leading industries. Most of the citizens of Jamaica live in rural towns where the queue for health care can last months or even years. There is a shortage of supplies and skillfull trained medical professionals to meet the increasing demands of the people. 

Joining the mission provides an oppurtunity for volunteers to take the skills they've learned to help indivduals who are less fortunate then themselves. The yearly clinic helps not only those served but the entire country b taking names off waitlist, and decreasing the burden to the established hospitals.
